During production, purchasing data can be easily uploaded by
production accounting personnel into our exclusive tracking
software and lists with barcodes can be distributed back to
the production departments so that barcodes can be attached
to the assets. Hollywood Parts Asset Coordinator would then
scan the barcodes and photo the assets. HP fact: Bar-coded
assets don’t walk as easily! Assets moved by Hollywood
Parts are scanned on and off the trucks and into the warehouse.
Assets would almost immediately be available for viewing, managing,
re-tasking and eventual rental or sale all from the convenience
of your computer.
Option 2
During or at the end of production, your purchasing data can
be easily uploaded to our exclusive tracking software. Call
us and we will pick up all of your production assets, match
them to the data, photo and barcode. Assets would almost immediately
be available for viewing, managing, re-tasking and eventual
rental or sale all from the convenience of your computer.
Option 3
Your purchasing data can be easily uploaded
to our exclusive tracking software then deliver production
assets to our storage facility as they are finished working.
We will match them with the data, barcode and photo. Assets
would almost immediately be available for viewing, managing,
re-tasking and eventual rental or sale all from the convenience
